Pricing Policy
All pricing shown is in Australian Dollars and current at the time, however from time to time pricing may change. Whatever price you are quoted at the time of placing your order will be honoured for that order.
All pricing shown excludes Goods and Services Tax (GST). Freight/Postage charges will be added to your order.

Order Fulfillment
We will endeavour to fulfil your order at all times. From time to time due to product demand we may be unable to supply the quantities you have asked for.
If we find that we are in short supply for a particular product, we will back order that product and supply you as soon as we receive the goods.
If you require orders to be ship complete ie. not part delivered, please advise us by completing the special instructions at the end of the order process.
Shipping & Delivery
Freight/ Handling charges will be determined at the time you place your order. Charges (ex GST) are per order and based on the weight of the goods. To continue to offer our low pricing, packaging will be 'no frills' postal plastic bags or Courier bags.

Within Australia will be according to Australia Regular Parcel Charges based on Post Code of destination address.
International
We will contact you with Shipping Charges, hence no Shipping Charges will be shown at the time you place your order.

Dispatch of Goods
Goods will only be dispatched on confirmation of payment. It is therefore important to complete your payment as soon as possible after placing your order to avoid delay. Goods will be dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation of payment.
A Tax Invoice will accompany all goods delivered.
Returns (excluding Damaged Goods)
Returns will only be accepted within 7 days from the date that the goods are delivered and must be returned in the condition and packaging that they were supplied.
Refunds will be restricted to the price invoiced only and will exclude our delivery costs to you, your return costs and any costs relating to shortage or damage of contents on return.
We strongly recommend when you return the product you use an insured delivery service as we regret we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds will be paid by EFT only so it is important to specify to whom you would like refund to be payable to.

Damaged Goods
Any damaged goods must be notified to us within 7 days of receipt quoting your WEB Order Reference Number.
The damaged goods must be returned back to Bamcot. These will be replaced at our expense with a replacement product or alternatively a full refund will be offered if the customer prefers.
We strongly recommend when you return the product you use an insured delivery service as we regret we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Goods Lost in Transit
If you have not received your goods within 7 days of order please notify us quoting your WEB Order Reference Number.
If we are unable to obtain proof of delivery we will refund in full any monies paid including delivery costs.
Refunds will be paid by EFT only so it is important to specify to whom you would like the EFT refund to be payable to.

Due to the variation in colour quality of video displays, colours displayed may vary from the actual colour of images shown or the colour card templates and as such we cannot guarantee the colour you have chosen.
As such Returns will not be accepted for the above reason.
